• Nearly all of our items are made to order, with a standard processing time of 3-4 days before shipment.
• Please allow the full processing time before reaching out for a shipping update.

2. Shipping Options & Costs

• We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the U.S.
• Expedited and upgraded shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.

3. Domestic & International Shipping

• We ship within the U.S. and internationally to most countries.
• International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties required by their country.
• Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, and customs processing.

4. Tracking & Delivery

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• Trail Tread RC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. Please contact the shipping provider for any delivery issues.

5. Address Accuracy

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
