2. Products & Orders

• We sell 3D-printed RC crawler tire inserts. Due to the nature of 3D printing, slight variations in appearance may occur.
• Custom orders are final sale and cannot be refunded or returned.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud.

3. Payments & Pricing

• All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• We accept major credit cards and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely.
• If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship orders to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.
• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
• International buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for non-custom items. The item must be unused or in near-new condition to qualify for a refund.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we made an error.
